Expand StepMonitor API to report before/after step execution

Description

StepMonitor API should be expanded:

  • to report before/after step execution

  • to pass executing method as input parameter

This functionality could be useful when

  • some actions should be performed before/after step (current implementation allows to handle only before-step-execution logic)

  • steps methods have custom annotations which should be processed
