PatternScenarioParser should depend on KeyWords and not Configuration

Description

PatternScenarioParser should depend only on the dependency it strictly requires (KeyWords) rather than the whole of the
Configuration.

The constructor PatternScenarioParser(Configuration) should be deprecated but kept for backward compatibility.
